Goals B-4 New Years

ok, so u might b thinkin' this is kinda corney...... but I thought it'd b a good idea 2 lay out all the things I must do b-4 New Years which is in...... OMG!! 2 DAYS!!!! k- here I go, then it's back 2 work!! lol

1. Finish writing a paper

This is 4 Mrs. Fritz's class & I just found out I have some more stuff 2 do 4 her class- I thought I already got it done!! AHH!!!! but hey! @ least we don't have any Dr. Grant CD's!!

2. Finish Eragon!

It seems like I've been on this book 4-EVER!!!! And it's really good! so I'm not sure why I haven't finished it yet.... I guess I'm just not applying myself.

3. Finish Lost-Season 1.

Go ahead. laugh if u must- but lil' sis & I just started this season @ about the beginning of Dec. So I think we're doing pretty good I guess. We only have 3 episodes too. And the reason we have any @ all is because..... yesterday- we watched about 10!! And i thought it'd b a good idea 2 just give it a break.... so----********************----- That's what we'll be doing today or 2-morrow :-)

4. Do about 10 laps of lunges across my backyard & run 10 laps as well- while also eating @ least 4 fruits per day.

Well, after possibly a few too many Ferrero Rondnoir chocolates & finding out I couldn't run, or even walk that much without getting SUPER tired! I figured, it was time 2 take some action & not only start working out a bit, but also eating a little better. So here's my encouragement 2 fellow peeps. The next time u feel like Macaroni & Cheese..... have some pasta with some red sauce. Red sauce is much better 4 u, & isn't as fattening as white alfredo sauce & is better 4 your heart. Maybe even some meatballs 4 protein! I've found that this meal is substantial, it fills my tummy- & I can feel much better about what I've eaten. Another healthy tip is.... instead of having a couple pieces of fattening-chocolate (which is what I used 2 do) have an orange, apple, banana, or even piece of gum. Yes... GUM!! it's a great way 2 have something in your mouth without adding on a few hundred calories! If u can even find some gum that was sugar-free.... well that's even better! So I hope I've encouraged a couple people 2 start living healthier lives. And if "I" can do it!! well.... anyone can!! lol
